This is a kind of fast food, but not junk food. One sandwich for me is just enough, well it depends on your consumption at lunch. Also leberkässe can be served with potato salad or hard boiled egg.

The day after eating Schweinsbraten semmeln, I tried the other sandwich that named as Braten Semmeln. Semmeln is a roll bread from Bavarian cuisine. Braten or Schweinsbraten is a piece of pork meat prepared by roasting in high heat. This popular cuisine is in South Germany, Austria and Swiss. When you bite this braten, you can feel crispy in the rind. To cook and sell out this braten in Bavarian, they have standard instead of simple cuisine.

As I mentioned above, two sandwiches sound tasty and simply. I recommend to try out those when you want cheap and traditional cuisine in Bavaria around. At last, don’t forget to order a beer!🍻
